What a day this was! First of all, I would like to say congratulations to Victoria and Andrew and to thank them for such a warm welcome and understanding, considering the situation I encountered.
The day started on a really overcast morning, but by the time I arrived in Cheshire, the sun was out, the birds were singing, and Victoria was on the process of having her hair done. My wife attending this wedding with me, as she is a personal friend to Andrew. The drive down to the house was very tiring, but at least the roads were clear, and we had plenty of time to get ready to enjoy the day. Unfortunately, during the process of getting ready myself, the car keys were locked in the boot of the car. Thankfully, I had my camera with me! The day went like clockwork, and before we knew it, it was time for the first dance.
I would also like to thank my cousin, and saviour, for bringing down my spare keys to unlock the car!
Crewe Hall Hotel is surrounded by beautiful woods, and has a style and elegance to the updated historic building. The character of the building gives the wedding the pizazz it needs to be memorable to all those who attend. And if you follow suit with Andrew and Victoria, take an element of 1940’s style with the Ice Cream parlour (on a bike)!
It was a wonderful day overall, and will stay in my mind as one of the best weddings I have attended.
